Back up far enough to include furniture and other room elements that will give a sense of the scale to the final image.

Including other elements and furniture in your space will help you see how your chosen artwork is working together. And it will also help us choose something complementary for your particular decor.

Take the image straight on to the wall and not at an angle. This provides the most accurate visualization in our software.

Make sure the room is well lit while taking the picture. Blurry and dark photos will not help you much in this context. Once you have taken the pictures email it to support@minhajulhaque.com. We’ll be sure to follow up with you as early as possible.

You can check the status of your order right from your account dashboard. To access your order history log into your account and then navigate to your orders tab to view the details and the current status of an order.

You should also receive an email confirmation just after you make an order. And when we process your order and make any changes to it you will receive corresponding email notifications about the status of your order. Make sure to check your spam/junk folder and add our email to your address book to prevent our emails from going to your spam/junk folder. If you didn’t receive any emails from us or if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us with your Order ID.

If you have received any coupon or discount code from us you can avail the facility of it during the checkout process.

Your order is received just after your payment is approved. However, since we do it with care we take some time for printing, quality assurance and preparing your package making sure that your investment is safe and secure.

We also need to contact other parties involved in this process like the courier service partner etc. and provide you the essential details for monitoring the order. We usually take 4-5 business days to ship your package. You will receive an email notification just after the package is shipped.

After we have shipped your package we will provide you the Tracking ID and the Tracking URL. You can also find it on your order details page.

Our packaging can withstand any kind of normal abuse or rough handling. Your artwork will remain safe inside the package even if someone stands on it. The protective PVC Tube we use is hard to break. That doesn’t mean we guarantee that it can tolerate any kind of abuse. So we are always ready to accept the return of a damaged artwork. If you see the package is damaged, and doubt that artwork inside it can be damaged too, please do the following.

Take one or more pictures of the package before opening it that clearly shows its damaged parts. Then open the package and take another picture if you find the protective tube and artwork inside are damaged too. Or it’s always better if you can record a short documentary video while you’re unboxing the artwork.

Once you have this evidence, please send it to support@minhajulhaque.com so we can look into the issue and request our shipping partner to schedule a pickup from the address where they delivered it. We may contact you multiple times during this process.

No. All the images on this website are watermarked for theft prevention. So there will not be any watermark on your downloaded files or ordered prints.

No. The copyright of the original artwork belongs to its respective owner unless he agrees to do so. Any kind of reproduction is prohibited without prior permission.

Please note, it prohibits the reproduction of the artwork. It doesn’t prohibit you from reselling the original artwork to other collectors. Similarly, your collectors will only own the original artwork after you sell it to them, and not their copyrights unless the artist agreed to do so.
