Payment Policy

We operate from India and allow payments in multiple currencies on this global website. For instance, if you’re from Poland you’ll be able to pay in PLN. Of course, you must select it from the menu if it isn’t displayed by default. Choosing the appropriate currency from the menu also converts the prices to your preferred currency according to the current exchange rate.

To bring this convenience, we partnered with three payment processing gateways, PayPal, Stripe, and Instamojo. But we have some limitations as they do not take payments from some countries. We are bound to follow their instructions as a registered merchant. So you may not see your country’s currency available in the dropdown menu.

When you initiate the checkout you will be taken to a secure server by our payment processing gateway. Except you’ve selected Debit/Credit Card as your payment preferred method. Debit or Credit Card payments are processed by Stripe within our website. This makes the checkout faster and easier.

The payment information that you use is not stored in our server and we have no access to your confidential credit or debit card information or online banking credentials.

You must see a valid SSL Security Certificate on the browser’s address bar while making your payments. This SSL Certificate indicates that the information you’re going to send or submit is encrypted and secured while it will be transferred to the payment processing system.

If you still have any questions about how we process payments please feel free to contact us.

Domestic
Collectors having a billing address in India will have two options available during the checkout process. They can either choose PayPal, Debit/Credit Card, or Instamojo to complete their transaction. However, if they like to take advantage of EMI or the other modes of payments including Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet Payments then they must select Instamojo as the payment option during checkout.

International
Collectors having a billing address outside India should choose PayPal as a method of payment. You may or may not need to create a PayPal account and that depends on how PayPal processes payments in your country. When you pay via PayPal we will cover all your conversion fees.
