We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and enjoy displaying our artwork in your unique setup. If this is not the case just return the artwork to us and we will refund your money or exchange the artwork.
This warranty will be honored whether you made your purchase over the internet or in person. This warranty does not apply to personally autographed and/or dated pieces, to pieces sold at heavily discounted prices, nor to artworks that were altered, modified by someone other than us. Your artwork must be in a new condition when we receive it. If you still have any specific questions about it, please contact us.
You need to provide us your Order ID to return or exchange the artwork. We will then investigate whether we promised any warranty for such a condition and the product is eligible for refund or exchange.
Also, the artwork that has any warranty with it will be shipped either with its warranty certificates or a seal of authenticity for making the claim. Once the investigation is complete we will initiate the refund or exchange process.
This policy applies only to fine art prints. Shipping charges from us to you are not refundable. Each return must be preceded by communication with our customer support notifying us that a return is coming. Returns for which we have not been notified, and returns that have not been approved by us, will be returned to the sender.
We do not have any return policy for intangible, virtual, or digital products. We are also not responsible for restitution of products ordered whether lost and damaged otherwise.
